The Ukrainian national team won the match with a score of 2:0. Roman Yaremchuk scored the first goal for the visitors in the 34th minute. Andriy Yarmolenko scored in the 44th minute, setting the final score.
These teams last met in a friendly match in the summer of 2024. In that match, the Polish national team won with a score of 3:1.
It should be noted that both national teams failed to qualify for the final stage of the 2026 World Cup. Ukraine lost to Sweden in the playoffs and stopped the fight, while Poland lost to the same opponent 2:3 in the final playoff.
