Asif Asgarov, a member of the Board of Directors of "Qarabag" and a member of the Executive Committee of the European Club Association, shared photos on his social media account from his meeting with FIFA and UEFA officials. Sport24.az reports that he stated that he presented a "Qarabag" jersey to UEFA Deputy General Secretary Giorgio Marchetti on behalf of the club's president, Tahir Gozal.
In his post, Asgarov also mentioned that he remembered the match against "Inter" in the Europa League in 2015, which holds a special place in the club's European history.
He also emphasized that he had the opportunity to meet with FIFA President Gianni Infantino through the mediation of Elkhan Mammadov.
