Tyler Fletcher Follows in His Father's Footsteps, Going to the World Championship

Manchester United midfielder Tyler Fletcher will travel to the World Cup as part of the Scottish national team. Sport24.az reports that the local federation's press service has released this information. He will replace Billy Gilmour, who was unable to play due to a knee injury sustained in a friendly match against Curaçao on Saturday.

 

Tyler Fletcher is the son of Darren Fletcher, who has played 80 games for the Scottish national team. Tyler himself debuted for the national team in the match against Curaçao.

 

It should be noted that the Scottish national team is leaving for the USA today.
