"Turan Tovuz" Football Club has issued a statement.
"Report" reports, citing the press service of the regional representative, that the team's head coach, Kurban Berdyev, is currently in Azerbaijan.
It was emphasized that in recent days, unfounded news that does not correspond to reality has been spread about the club:
"Despite the end of the season, our head coach Kurban Berdyev has not left our country and is constantly exchanging views with the club's management to implement the preparation plans for the next season and form a stronger team. We would like to note that our contract with our head coach continues, and the club's management is showing its full support to Kurban Berdyev to form a more ambitious team. We call on our fans and the football community not to trust unverified, baseless and false news that harms the club's image. We would like to inform you that all information regarding training camps, transfer policy, infrastructure and other projects will be officially announced to the public by our club."
It should be noted that "Turan Tovuz" finished the completed season of the Misli Premier League in fourth place with 55 points.
