Turkish club "Bursaspor" announced yesterday the acquisition of Azerbaijani national team player Toral Bayramov. Sport24.az reports that the 25-year-old winger became the fifth player in the history of the regional representative to have played for the Azerbaijan national team.
Ufuk Budak, who wore the national team jersey from 2011-2018, played for the success of this team in 2021.
Namig Alasgarov, who currently plays for "Zira", played for the "crocodiles" in the 2021/2022 season.
Ozan Can Kokcu, who belongs to the Dutch team "Volendam" and is a current member of the Azerbaijan national team, also passed through this club. The 27-year-old midfielder defended the honor of "Bursaspor" in the 2017/2018 season.
Another Turkish-born football player, Deniz Yilmaz, also wore the "crocodiles" jersey in the 2015/2016 season. He appeared twice in the main team that season.
