The amount of compensation that Arne Slot will receive after being dismissed from Liverpool has been determined. Sport24.az, referring to De Telegraaf, reports that the English club will pay the Dutch specialist 8 million euros.
Slot's contract with Liverpool was valid until the end of June 2027. The 47-year-old coach took over the "helm" of the "Merseysiders" in the summer of 2024. Under his leadership, the team played 113 games, recording 66 wins, 18 draws, and 29 losses.
At the end of the 2025/26 season, Liverpool finished fifth in the Premier League.
