According to "Report", the decision was made at the meeting of the Disciplinary Committee of the organization.
This was due to the fact that the match with "Sumgayit City" on April 26 did not take place because the team did not appear at the appointed time. As a result, the "Nabran" team was penalized with a technical defeat.
