Tottenham's Korean striker Son Heung-min will continue his career in MLS.
According to Lent.az, citing foreign media, the Los Angeles representative of the North American League officially announced the contract with the 33-year-old athlete.
According to the club's press service, the contract with the football player will be valid until the end of 2027, with the possibility of extending it for another year, as well as re-signing until the end of June 2029.
The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed, but according to media reports, the transfer amount was approximately $27 million, which is a record figure in MLS history.
Let us remind you that Son has been playing for Tottenham since 2015, moving to the English club from Bayer Leverkusen. In total, the Korean has played 454 matches for the London club in all tournaments, scoring 173 goals and making 101 assists.
In his last season at the London club, the striker became the winner of the Europa League.
