"Shamakhi" has won its 25th away game by a large margin in the top division of the Azerbaijani championships. Sport24.az reports with reference to the official website of the Professional Football League that this happened in the XIV round of the Misli Premier League.
The club, which previously bore the names "Khazar University", "Inter" and "Keshla", defeated "Karvan-Yevlakh" with three unanswered goals. "Shamakhi", which has reached "Kapaz" in this indicator, lags behind only "Qarabag" and "Neftchi".
It should be noted that the team, which won its first major away victory as "Khazar University" in the 2001/02 season, defeated "Dinamo-Bakili" (later "Baku") with a score of 3:0.
