Internationally certified assistant referee Sevda Nuriyeva has received another appointment from UEFA.
Idman.biz reports that our compatriot will serve as an assistant referee in two matches of Group 1 within the first qualifying round of the UEFA Women's Champions League.
Nuriyeva will first assist Maltese referee Joanna Vassallo in the semi-final match between "Flora" (Estonia) and "Riga" (Latvia) on July 30. On August 2, the decisive matches of the group will take place. Our representative will be part of the team led by Slovenian referee Tjaša Misja in the match for 3rd place, which will be organized between the defeated teams of the semi-final stage.
It should be noted that all matches of Group 1 will be held at the "Achilles Hammerel" stadium in Luxembourg.
