The AFFA Disciplinary Committee has penalized Orkhan Gurbanli, a footballer of "Qusar," who plays in the 2nd league.

A decision was made regarding the 29-year-old midfielder at today's meeting of the Disciplinary Committee.
The decision stated that on 30.04.2025, during the 90th minute of the "Goygol" – "Qusar" match held within the 23rd round of the 2nd league, Orkhan Gurbanli, player number 21 of "Qusar," was penalized for 4 games for receiving a direct red card for aggressive behavior. "Qusar" was fined 300 manats.
It should be noted that O. Gurbanli has been wearing the uniform of "Qusar" since September 2023.
