Real Madrid are seriously interested in signing Borussia Dortmund central defender Niko Schlotterbeck.
According to information provided by Idman.Biz citing "Bild", the 26-year-old footballer is among the candidates to strengthen the defense of "Los Blancos".
According to sources, Madrid are preparing a transfer offer for the German defender. The contract value can range from 50 million euros to 60 million euros, excluding bonuses.
It is reported that Schlotterbeck is also appreciated by Jose Mourinho, who is associated with the appointment of the new head coach of "Real Madrid".
