Barcelona's sporting director Deco has met with Rafinha's agent. Sport24.az reports that Marca has released information about this.
According to the source, the extension of the 28-year-old Brazilian's contract with the club was discussed at the meeting. However, differences of opinion arose between the parties at an early stage of the negotiations.
It should be noted that Rafinha was transferred from Leeds to Barcelona in the summer of 2022 for 55 million euros. The football player's current contract with the club expires in the summer of 2027.
The Brazilian football player scored 30 goals and provided 22 assists in a total of 51 matches in the Catalan team this season.
