- It is not easy to keep the kids motivated in the game. It would be difficult to do this without their desire. They fought well from the first minutes to the end. The firsts of every success are more pleasant. I am always striving for the next success.

- You will also face this team in the Cup final. Did you check anything?

- We had completely changed the squad. In the last matches, we played with almost the same squad. Fatigue was felt. I also wanted to protect the children. Recovery takes a little time when loading. Children who haven't played for a long time also tried to maintain the dynamics. I thank them. In every championship, we have games with such squads and they have a big share in the championship.

- Will there be rotations in the upcoming games?

- Maybe. I try to keep the players in sports form. We will take steps according to the course.

- It is claimed that there will be radical changes in the team. Is there such a plan?

- A radical change is difficult. We will try to take steps according to the situation. I have never wanted to send away any player I have worked with. I see their efforts. That's why I don't want to send anyone away. As a head coach, separations are difficult. If we have a chance to give the team a new breath and activate it, we will take steps. We want to add new players to our squad. The places of some who left are empty. It is impossible to say that there will be global changes.

- How do you assess your chances of winning points if there was no penalty?

- Points are also given when a goal is scored from a penalty. It is not correct to say that we would not have won if there was no penalty. During the year, we scored points with a penalty goal 3-4 times. We have goal episodes. 

- How would you characterize Sabah's players?

- I have always appreciated them. They have fast, technical players. We need to prepare a lot to play well against this team. They have well-thought-out attacks. Carelessness caused a goal in our goal.

- Tahir Gozel said that there will be 4-5 transfers. What can you say about this?

- At the end of each year, we have discussions with the management. We thank each other. If we do our job properly, if the unity is strong, there will be success. We will talk. For years, we have always wanted to make more transfers in the summer. Sometimes it happened that we wanted 4-5 transfers, and in the end we brought 2 new players. There are players I have in mind. Sometimes you can't bring every player you want. They tend to be European-oriented, they have different financial demands. In any case, a new breath is needed. If we want to be more successful, we must work hard and strengthen our squad.

- It is written that Benzia and Marko Vesovic are asking for a lot of money from the club. What is the situation with these players?

- I would like to be with these players for years. We understand each other well. What is written is not true. There has been no issue such as a contract not being signed because a player has a high salary requirement. Players want to take their last steps after a certain age. There was no salary issue with Vesovic and Benzia. Every player has his own place. Players express their opinions according to their abilities. Just because Kadi came, no one would say increase my salary. Sometimes it happened that we talked to a player all year round. It is not easy for players to make decisions either. They also have a lot of advice for themselves. I understand them and let them go free. A football player's career is short, if he plays wholeheartedly where he is, and puts his strength to the end for the success of this team, I have to compromise somehow.
