Sport.Biz reports that the game was held at the "Magalhães Pessoa" stadium in the Portuguese city of Leiria. The home team won with a score of 2:1.
Portuguese striker Pedro Neto opened the scoring in the 23rd minute. Nigerian striker Akor Adams scored the equalizing goal in the 37th minute. Chico Conceicao put the home team ahead again in the 75th minute.
The Portugal national team will participate in the 2026 World Cup. In the tournament, Portugal will play in the same group as Uzbekistan, Colombia, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
