British journalist Piers Morgan reacted sarcastically to the Portuguese Football Federation's fine on Cristiano Ronaldo.
İdman.Biz reports that the footballer was fined 255 euros (approximately 505 manats) in October for leaving the national team camp without permission.
Morgan shared insider Fabrizio Romano's post about this on the X social network, writing a joke to Ronaldo's address:
"Cristiano, I can help you pay the fine."
It should be noted that Ronaldo has been playing for the Portugal national team since 2003. He became the European champion with the national team in 2016 and has won the Nations League title twice. The experienced striker has scored 146 goals and made 45 assists in 234 matches for the national team.
