Today, the Azerbaijani national team will play its first match within the "FIFA Series – 2026" international tournament. According to Sport24.az, the team, coached by Aykhan Abbasov, will face the Saint Lucia national team.
The match, which will be held at the Mehdi Huseynzade Sumgayit City Stadium, will start at 19:00. A refereeing team from Georgia will manage the game.
It should be noted that the Azerbaijani national team will also face the Sierra Leone national team on March 30.
