"Neftchi" continues squad planning for the next season.
Idman.Biz, referring to Idmanxeber.az, reports that the management is preparing to extend the contracts of two football players.
We are talking about midfielder Emin Mahmudov and goalkeeper Emil Balayev. Both players will be offered new contracts.
Verbal agreement has already been reached with them. The coaching staff is also satisfied with the aforementioned players.
Mahmudov, 34, and Balayev, 32, whose contracts expire in the summer, will continue to play for the capital's representative in the coming years. They are not interested in other offers.
It should be noted that Emin Mahmudov has played 31 games in all tournaments for "Neftchi" this season, scoring 10 goals and providing 7 assists. Emil Balayev appeared in 4 matches, keeping his goal intact in 2 games.
