A meeting of the AFFA Disciplinary Committee was held. Sport24.az reports that the following decisions were made at the meeting regarding the matches of the XXXIII round of the Misli Premier League:
The Sumgayit team should be fined 2,500 manats (article 86.3) for unauthorized persons entering the field after the end of the Sumgayit - Qarabag match of the XXXIII round of the Misli Premier League on May 22, 2026;
The Qarabag team should be fined 8,000 manats (article 86.3) for the use of pyrotechnics by the Qarabag team's fans in the Sumgayit - Qarabag match of the XXXIII round of the Misli Premier League on May 22, 2026;
The Kapaz team should be fined 700 manats (article 86.3) because 4 football players of the Kapaz team received yellow cards in the Kapaz - Neftchi match of the XXXIII round of the Misli Premier League on May 23, 2026;
In the 65th minute of the Kapaz - Neftchi match of the XXXIII round of the Misli Premier League on May 23, 2026, Neftchi team's number 18 football player Ifenayi Matthew received a direct red card for a serious violation of the rules and should not be allowed to play for 2 games, including 1 game conditionally, and the Neftchi team should be fined 1,000 manats. A trial period of 6 months should be set (articles 44.1, 11.3, 19.2);
