Italian giants "Milan", "Inter" and "Juventus" presented their home kit sets for the 2026/27 season almost simultaneously.
İdman.Biz reports that the presentation of the new uniforms has caused active discussions among fans and the Italian media, as all three clubs have sharply moved away from recent design experiments and returned to the maximum classic style.

"Milan" demonstrated a uniform consisting of traditional red and black vertical stripes without complex graphics and aggressive visual elements. The Italian media also notes that the design is inspired by the aesthetics of the early 2000s and the first phase of the Paolo Maldini era. On social networks, many fans call this kit "the most real "Milan" uniform in recent years."

"Inter" has also taken a step towards the classics. After several seasons with wavy lines, digital patterns and non-standard solutions, the club has returned almost straight black and blue stripes, reminiscent of the Jose Mourinho era and the early 2010s uniform. Italian football blogs and fan pages also note that the club's management apparently decided to consciously play on nostalgia on the eve of a new era for the team.

"Juventus" has also changed noticeably. The Turin club has completely abandoned the chaotic stripes, pink additions and experimental solutions of recent seasons. The new kit is again built on straight black and white lines and a more traditional silhouette. Fans are already comparing the uniform with the kits of the Alessandro Del Piero era and the early 2010s.
The topic of new uniforms has generally become one of the most discussed issues in the Italian media space in recent days. "La Gazzetta dello Sport", "Corriere dello Sport" and fan communities are actively discussing the return of "big clubs" to a more traditional visual style after several years of experiments by "Nike", "Puma" and "Adidas" with "street aesthetics", abstract patterns and futuristic elements, as well as the growing fatigue of fans from overloaded and too "fashionable" designs. Against the background of the boom in retro uniforms and the re-release of uniforms from the 1990s and 2000s, Serie A clubs are beginning to return to their visual identity instead of trying to "reinvent football" every season.
It is especially symbolic that the three main giants of Italy have simultaneously returned to the element that has formed the basis of their football image for decades - straight stripes.
