A meeting was organized with 10 neurodiverse employees working at "Kashalata", the first and only inclusive cafe in the country, with the organization of AFFA and the initiative of the Birgə və Sağlam Public Union. The meeting was attended by Farrukh Ismayilov, Head of the Mass Football Department of AFFA, Kifayet Mustafayeva, Manager for Social and Environmental Sustainability, and Mané Mollayeva and Gunay Ismayilova, football players of the women's A national team.
The national team's football players toured the center's territory and got acquainted with the handicrafts of neurodiverse employees. At the end of the event, a souvenir gift from AFFA was presented to Ayten Eynalova, head of the Birgə və Sağlam Public Union.
The purpose of organizing such meetings is to improve the welfare of children, to demonstrate the organization's commitment to social responsibility and inclusion values, and at the same time to create an inclusive environment, to better understand their individual needs, the difficulties they face and their strengths.
