A meeting was organized with 10 neurodiverse employees working at "Kashalata," the country's first and only inclusive cafe, with the organization of AFFA and the initiative of the Birgə və Sağlam Public Union.
İdman.biz reports that the meeting was attended by Farrukh Ismayilov, Head of the Mass Football Department of AFFA, Kifayat Mustafayeva, Social and Environmental Sustainability Manager, and football players of the women's national team A, Mane Mollayeva and Gunay Ismayilova.
The national team's football players toured the area of the center and got acquainted with the handicrafts of neurodiverse employees. At the end of the event, a commemorative gift from AFFA was presented to Aytan Eynalova, head of the Birgə və Sağlam Public Union.
The purpose of organizing such meetings is to improve the welfare of children, to demonstrate the organization's commitment to social responsibility and inclusion values, and at the same time to create an inclusive environment, to better understand their individual needs, the difficulties they face, and their strengths.
