Arsenal midfielder Max Dowman has made Premier League history.
Idman.Biz reports that the young footballer appeared in the starting lineup for the match against Crystal Palace in the 38th round of the English Championship.
At 16 years and 144 days old, Dowman became the youngest player to start a Premier League match.
The match was held at Selhurst Park Stadium in London. Arsenal entered the final round of the season as a team that had already secured the championship. The London representative collected 82 points after 37 rounds and took first place.
It should be noted that Arsenal won the Premier League championship this season after a 22-year break. Dowman had previously made history during the season as the youngest goalscorer in the Premier League.
