"Manchester City" intends to transfer "Atalanta's" right-back Marco Palestra.
Lent.az reports that the "citizens" are trying to reach an agreement with the club regarding the transfer of the Italian footballer.
According to reports, negotiations between "Manchester City" and "Atalanta" regarding the 21-year-old footballer have already begun. It is reported that the Italian club is open to discussing transfer terms and demands 70 million euros for Palestra.
"Manchester City's" initial offer was 50 million euros. However, it is expected that the parties will reach an agreement of approximately 60 million euros, after which the transfer will be officially announced.
In the current season, Marco Palestra played for "Cagliari Calcio" on loan. He made 37 appearances, scored one goal and provided four assists. According to Transfermarkt, the player's market value is estimated at 35 million euros.
