"Liverpool" continues to consider various options to strengthen its right‑flank defensive position. Sport24.aaz reports that the main target of the Merseyside club is Michael Kayode, who is playing for Brentford.
This was reported by the publication "CaughtOffside".
The club is ready to review offers concerning the Italian player. They expect a bid of at least £50–55 million. It is likely that serious negotiations for the defender's transfer will start around this figure.
Note that Brentford signed Michael Kayode from Fiorentina in January 2025. The Italy international has scored 1 goal in the 7 official matches he has appeared in for the Premier League side this season.
