Ivan Brkic, the former goalkeeper of "Neftchi," who transferred to the Polish club "Legia" (Warsaw), gave an interview to Sport24.az.
The Croatian goalkeeper evaluated his transfer from Motor Lublin to Legia and stated that he would try to justify the trust placed in him in his new team.
Brkic also clarified the question of whether he had received offers from Azerbaijan:
"The transfer to Legia is a new beginning for me. This is a club with a great history. I will do my best to justify the trust shown in me. Have I received offers from Azerbaijan? I will speak frankly, I love your country very much. But I haven't received any offers."
It should be noted that Ivan Brkic has played for "Motor" since 2024 and signed a contract with "Legia" in the summer transfer window. He worked for the success of "Neftchi" in 2022-2024.
