After the 33rd round of the Misli Premier League, after the match with "Karvan-Yevlakh" which ended with a score of 1:1, the head coach of "Imishli", Jorge Kaskilya, spoke about his future.
Idman.Biz reports that the Portuguese specialist evaluated the season at the press conference after the match.
"We have achieved the result we wanted. I thank the football players, the technical staff, everyone working at the club. Of course, I am also grateful to the fans. They traveled long distances throughout the season to support us. The fans will always remain in my heart. I am happy to be in Azerbaijan, it was a great experience in my life. I have positive thoughts as a person and as a professional. I wish "Imishli" success. We gave young football players a chance today. There were 10 Azerbaijanis in the starting lineup of the match with "Karvan-Yevlakh". In my opinion, the result was also fair," said Kaskilya.
The specialist also highly appreciated the quality of local football players playing in the national championship:
"The quality of local players playing in the Azerbaijani championship is high. With the abolition of the limit, the level of the championship has also increased. Local players can learn a lot from legionnaires."
The head coach also answered the question about whether he said goodbye to "Imishli". He said that he would go to Portugal tonight, but he could not express a specific opinion about his future.
Kaskilya also emphasized that he did not receive offers from other clubs.
