Bournemouth manager Andoni Iraola has rejected Milan and, although he chose Crystal Palace yesterday, he changed his decision and is now in talks with Bayer Leverkusen.
Lent.az, citing foreign media, reports that although no final agreement has yet been reached between the parties, negotiations with the Spanish specialist have reached the final stage. Thus, the Leverkusen representative may be ahead of Milan and Crystal Palace in the fight for the 43-year-old coach.
It was previously reported that Iraola was the main candidate for the Milan leadership, but the transfer did not take place. It was later reported that he had agreed to lead Crystal Palace and an official announcement was expected on Thursday, but the coach changed his decision.
Iraola will leave Bournemouth at the end of the current season, which he has managed since the summer of 2023.
