Following the matches of the final round, "Ipswich Town" has been promoted to the elite division. The team led by Kieran McKenna finished the season in second place with 84 points.
Previously, "Coventry City" had secured promotion to the Premier League. The final team to be promoted will be determined after the play-off matches.
