"We prepared well for the game against Gabala. The match was important for us in terms of securing a spot in the Premier League, not because the opponent had not been defeated until now or had conceded few goals." The coach of the Aran representative shared his thoughts on the game in which they defeated Gabala in the 22nd round of the First League:
"The coaching staff and players understood the importance of the game. We analyzed the opponent well. We based the training plan on the analysis throughout the week. We showed the players the dangerous aspects of Gabala and the gaps in their defense. Most of the game took place under our advantage. We defended well and took advantage of the opportunity we had. We need points to rise to the elite. In the next rounds, we will play against other teams with the same motivation. What percentage of the squad will change if we get promoted to the Premier League? We will think about this after we win the promotion. Of course, it is necessary to strengthen unequivocally."
