According to Lent.az, citing foreign media, before Kane, the only players to score more than 60 goals in the 21st century were Argentinian Lionel Messi and Portuguese Cristiano Ronaldo.
Messi scored 73 goals for Barcelona in the 2011/2012 season. Ronaldo scored 61 goals for Real Madrid in the 2014/2015 season.
