Gurban Gurbanov, the head coach of Azerbaijan's "Garabagh" football team, commented on the 5:1 crushing victory over "Neftchi" in the 29th round of the Misli Premier League.
Idman.Biz reports that the experienced specialist congratulated his players and stated that they won important three points: "We showed a good game. I thank the fans of both teams. We made some rotations because we played on a tight schedule. A group of our players were very tired, but they tried to show themselves in the best light in training".
Gurbanov emphasized that there was little time for preparation, but the opponent's name was enough to motivate the players: "When playing against "Neftchi", there is no need to additionally motivate the players. Such matches are always interesting for the fans. The next match is more important for us and we must prepare the players properly for it".
