Manchester City head coach Josep Guardiola has stated that he will take a break from his career after his contract with the Citizens expires.
QOL.az reports, citing the British press, that the 54-year-old specialist said:
"I want people to remember me however they want to remember me. After my contract with City ends, I intend to take a break. I am sure of that. I don't know if I will retire or not, but I definitely want to take a break. I don't know how I want to be remembered in people's memories.
All coaches want to win and leave something memorable behind. I think that the fans of Barcelona, Bayern, and City have enjoyed watching my teams play."
It should be noted that Guardiola's contract with Manchester City expires in the summer of 2027.
