Rauf Guliyev, the director of "TTQ GRUP" LLC and the president of the "Fuzuli" football club, has been arrested.
Idman.biz reports, citing Musavat.com, that Guliyev has been arrested on fraud charges.
There are several complainants against him. According to the accusation, Guliyev, claiming to have a business reputation and connections with officials, took money from several people under the pretext of getting them jobs. It was determined that he took 15-20 thousand manats from one person to get a job at the State Security Service (DTX) and from another to get a job at the Ministry of Emergency Situations (FHN).
It should be noted that according to the results of the 2024/25 season, "Fuzuli" left the Second League.
