The young specialist confirmed his departure from "Shafa":
"My contract was supposed to be extended. That's what happened. We extended it for another year, and we parted ways by mutual agreement. Why wasn't the coach who brought the team to the Premier League kept? It would be better to address this question to the management. I can't answer it. They simply didn't want to continue, and I respected that. Such things happen in football. I have no team I'm negotiating with. They probably don't know about my departure. If there is an offer, I am ready to work."
It should be noted that "Shafa", under the leadership of Elgiz Keremli, became the champion of the First League, gaining a direct ticket to the Premier League.
