The final squad of the Czech Republic national football team for the 2026 World Championship has been announced.
Idman.Biz reports that head coach Miroslav Koubek has determined the names of the 26 players he will take to the World Cup. Key figures in the squad include West Ham midfielder Tomáš Souček, Bayer striker Patrik Schick, Wolverhampton defender Ladislav Krejčí, and Lyon midfielder Pavel Šulc.
Koubek also included 17-year-old Sparta Prague player Hugo Sochurek in the final list. 35-year-old Vladimir Darida has returned to the national team's World Championship squad after a long break.

The Czech Republic will play in Group A at the World Championship. The team will face South Korea in Guadalajara on June 12, followed by Mexico and South Africa.
It should be noted that the Czech Republic national team qualified for the World Championship for the first time since 2006.
