Tomorrow, changes will be made to the operating mode of "Baku Metro" CJSC due to the return match between "Qarabag" and "Shelbourne" in the II qualifying round of the Champions League. Sport24.az reports that an enhanced work schedule will be applied at three stations on the game day.
Taking into account the interest of fans in the match, which will be held at the Tofig Bahramov Republican Stadium near the "Ganjlik" station, additional measures will be taken to guide passengers towards the arena, to correctly determine the direction, as well as to ensure safe and comfortable transportation.
In accordance with the relevant operational plan of the Baku Metro in connection with mass events held in this arena, control mechanisms will be strengthened. A duty schedule will be drawn up by allocating additional staff at the station.
Control measures are also planned at "Narimanov" and "28 May" stations.
Trains on the metro lines will continue to operate according to the summer schedule. However, reserve trains will be kept ready for release onto the line.
It should be noted that the starting whistle of the "Qarabag" - "Shelbourne" match will sound at 20:00.
