It has become known that Qarabag footballer Bahlul Mustafazade's trip to China is not related to a transfer.
The footballer's father, Alamdar Mustafayev, said that the trip of the Azerbaijani national team member, who received an official offer from the Chinese club Shenzhen Peng City in winter, has nothing to do with any other club.
"Bahlul went to China for vacation. This has nothing to do with the transfer. He had five days, he chose that place to relax. He was interested in it, and he went to China because it is also a colorful country," he said in a statement to futbolinfo.az.
According to Mustafayev, the 29-year-old defender is open to offers from abroad:
"He currently has no official offer. But he has the idea of living a legionnaire's life. This is his dream. We don't think much about the financial side, the main thing is that there is a suitable club for him."
His father also touched upon the issue of Qarabag releasing Bahlul Mustafazade:
"That's right, Bahlul is also needed for Qarabag. His departure does not seem very convincing. Because his contract with the club continues. The club that wants Bahlul must also fulfill the terms of the contract."
It should be noted that Bahlul Mustafazade's contract with Qarabag is until the summer of 2027.
