Today, the Azerbaijani national team will play its first match within the "FIFA Series – 2026" international tournament. Sport24.az reports that the team, coached by Aykhan Abbasov, will face the Saint Lucia national team.
The match, which will be held at the Mehdi Huseynzade Sumgayit City Stadium, will start at 19:00. A team of referees from Georgia will manage the game.
It should be noted that the Azerbaijani national team will also face the Sierra Leone national team on March 30.
