Former member of the Azerbaijani national football team, Afran Ismayilov, has been appointed Vice-President of "Shafa" FC.
Idman.Biz reports that Ismayilov, who left an important mark on the country's football during his professional football career, will continue his career as a manager from now on.
It should be noted that Ismayilov previously worked in the coaching staff of "Araz-Nakhchivan". He worked as a coach in the Nakhchivan representative for the last three seasons and left the club on May 25.
The former midfielder ended his football career in 2023, after playing for "Kapaz".
