The development of young football players continues within the framework of the SCALE (Special Dual Career Paths to Prevent Early School Leaving) project, jointly implemented by AFFA and UEFA. According to Sport24.az, the project is being implemented in the teams "Shafa" (U-15 & U-17 girls), "Ramana" (U-17), EFA (U-17) and "Atletico Baku" (U-14).
The goal is to prevent dropping out of education and to support young people both on the field and in education. The trainings are conducted by specially trained coaches.
It should be noted that the SCALE project will continue until the end of 2025.
