The Azerbaijani women's national chess team will hold its next matches today at the World Championship held in Linares, Spain. Sport24.az reports that our team will face the USA in the third round and the FIDE team in the fourth round.
In Group A, the FIDE team leads with 4 points. Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Spain and the USA have 2 points each. Peru has no points.
It should be noted that the Azerbaijani national team defeated Peru yesterday (3:1), and lost to Kazakhstan - 1.5:2.5.
The team includes Ulviyya Fataliyeva, Govhar Beydullayeva, Khanim Balajayeva, Gulnar Mammadova and Ayan Allahverdiyeva. The team captain is Ilaha Gadimova.
It should be noted that the World Championship will end on November 23.
