Azerbaijani chess player Vugar Rasulov took fourth place in the international tournament held in the city of Karshi, Uzbekistan.
Idman.biz reports that our representative drew with Azamat Utegaliev (Kazakhstan) in the IX round.
Rasulov scored 6.5 points. Although he had the same score as the silver and bronze medalists, he was limited to fourth place due to additional indicators.
Our chess player was half a point behind the winner of the competition, Evgeni Alekseev (Israel).
It should be noted that 37 intellectuals from 7 countries competed in the tournament.
