Romania to Host Continental Championship

The European Men's Chess Championship will be held in Romania - Eforie Nord, from March 15-26. Sport24.az reports that 126 participants have registered for the competition so far.

 

The current rating favorite of the tournament is Belgian Daniel Dardha.

 

It should be noted that Azerbaijani grandmasters are also expected to participate in the European Championship, which will serve as a qualifier for the World Cup.
