The "Sharjah Masters" international chess tournament will start on May 17 in the UAE. Sport24.az reports that three Azerbaijani grandmasters - Muhammad Muradli, Ahmad Ahmadzade and Read Samadov - will compete in the main A tournament.
The rating favorite of the tournament is Nodirbek Abdusattorov (Uzbekistan), followed by Anish Giri (Netherlands) and Parham Maghsoodloo (Iran).
Another representative of Azerbaijan, Govhar Beydullayeva, will compete in the B tournament.
