The positions of Azerbaijani representatives in the updated rating table of the International Chess Federation (FIDE) have become known.
"Report" informs, referring to the official website of the organization, that Shahriyar Mammadyarov (2741) has dropped to 16th place.
Teymur Rajabov (2692) is 38th, Rauf Mammadov (2651) is 70th, and Eltaj Safarli (2630) is 99th.
The list of male chess players is headed by Norwegian Magnus Carlsen (2839).
Among female chess players, Gunay Mammadzada (2390) is 51st, Ulviyya Fataliyeva (2385) is 58th, and Govhar Beydullayeva (2368) is 72nd. Gulnar Mammadova (2323) is out of the top "100" this time.
In women's, Chinese Yifan Hou (2609) is the leader.
