Two more rounds are behind us at the "International Whitsun" chess tournament held in Munich, Germany.
Idman.biz reports that Azerbaijani chess player Eltaj Safarli lost points for the first time in the 4th round of the competition.
He won against Deyan Kostov (Bulgaria) in the 3rd round. In the next game, Eltaj split the points with Vitaliy Bernadskiy (Ukraine).
After these results, Safarli is in 3rd place in the tournament table with 3.5 points. Norwegian Elham Amar is leading with the maximum score.
It should be noted that 157 intellectuals, including 20 grandmasters, are competing in the tournament, which will last for 9 rounds according to the Swiss system.
