Azerbaijani chess players make it into the top fifteen at the Al Fujairah tournament

An international chess festival was held in Al Fujairah (UAE).

İdman.biz reports that Aydın Süleymanlı and Mammad Muradli represented Azerbaijan in the main "superstars" category at the tournament.

According to the results of the tournament, Süleymanlı took 11th place with 5.5 points, and Muradli took 14th place with 5 points.

A total of 44 chess players participated in the category. The winner of the competition was Indian grandmaster Pranav. The prize fund of the tournament was 125 thousand dollars.
