Azerbaijani chess player Aydin Suleymanli will play his next game at the "Tata Steel Challengers" international tournament held in the Netherlands.
Idman.Biz reports that the grandmaster will face US chess player Carissa Yip in the eighth round.
A total of 14 chess players are participating in the competition. The tournament participants include experienced Ukrainian grandmaster Vasyl Ivanchuk and three-time world blitz champion Bibisara Asaubaeva.
After seven rounds, Aydin Suleymanli has collected 5 points and is in third place in the tournament table. The Azerbaijani chess player drew with American Andy Woodward in the last round.
It should be noted that the "Tata Steel Challengers" tournament is held in a round-robin system, consists of 13 rounds and will end on February 1.
