The semi-final stage of the "Brandenburg Cup" among young boxers (U-19) has ended in Frankfurt, Germany. Sport24.az reports that Subhan Babayev (60 kg), an athlete of the Azerbaijani national team, also entered the ring on the way to the final.
He fought with Italian Mattia Turrin. Our boxer defeated his opponent with a score of 4:1 (29:28, 27:30, 27:30, 28:29, 28:29).
Subhan Babayev will face Ellisbey Selim (USA) in the final.
